I am a wife, a mother, a grandmother... and a doula. All four roles bring me immense joy!
My own birth and mothering experiences inspired me to become a doula... to provide nurturing guidance and compassionate care to other families as they navigate this life changing experience of welcoming a baby into their own lives.
In addition to my birth and postpartum doula services, I love spending time outdoors, gardening, yoga, gathering with family and friends, and discovering new places right around the corner as well as around the world.
